Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Delivery

 

Local Orders

All items are sold as singles. For pairs and multiples, please select your desired quantity when making your selection. For local deliveries, we charge a standard flat-rate of R125. Deliveries will be processed and sent out within XXX  working days for all orders. Items are made to order based on your specifications and selections, and will be put into production on the day the order is placed. Orders will take up to XX working days to complete, and you will be notified once your order is ready, with a tracking number from our preferred courier partner sent upon dispatch for tracking purposes.

 

International Orders

We do ship internationally and delivery rates will be determined by type and size of order, as well as delivery address. For all international orders, please contact us directly before placing and finalizing the order. Please note that we take no responsibility for your parcel once handed over to the courier service.

 

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

For all international orders the import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws are required to be paid in order for the parcel and items to clear customs.

 

Returns & Refunds

Our main priority at Bugs Unlimited is for you to enjoy your purchase, and we will do our utmost to ensure this! If for any reason you change your mind, we will refund the purchase price in the form of a store gift voucher, or exchange the item, subject to the following conditions:

 

·      Items must be in their original packaging and condition (unworn and unused);

·      Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except in the event that the item is faulty;

·      Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 6 (six) months – no cash refunds;

·      Customers will have to cover the cost of return courier and can use any courier of their choice provided that a tracking number is given. Bugs Unlimited is able to schedule a courier at a fee of RXXX; in addition, in the event of an exchange, standard shipping costs will be applicable for the re-delivery of your exchanged order;

·      Bugs Unlimited will not be responsible for any lost returns and will not cover the cost of the returns;

·      Exchanges & returns must be submitted within 15 working days of date received.  Please contact us to arrange.

·      All returns / refunds will be processed within 3 working days and once we have inspected your item(s) you will be contacted via email.

 

If any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds.

 

* Please note that Bugs Unlimited accepts no liability and will not be held responsible in any way and under any circumstances whatsoever for any damage and/or harm caused by any persons not directly employed or affiliated with the store listed above. Further we reserve our rights in regard to the replacement and/or repair for any damage of whatsoever nature regardless of where or how the damage occurred*
